Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have [2] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• Be in the original packaging
• Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at bhuriyabhaisingcentre@gmail.com.

If you choose to pay via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will contact you to collect your UPI details and process a refund for the amount, deducting the applicable COD charges.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software or digital products
• Perishable goods
• Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at bhuriyabhaisingcentre@gmail.com.
